The company has its own production line from spinning, weaving, cutting, printing, and then sewing and packing in bales. We are a manufacture that make the bags from PP raw material and then pack them well to the market.

FAQ
1.Can FIBCs be reused?
- Bags can be reused under certain conditions. The bag MUST be designed and rated for multiple uses. In order to reuse bags, they must have a safety factor ratio (SFR) of 6:1.
2.What is coating or laminate on a bulk bag?- The coating, also referred to as laminate, is an additional polypropylene film that is added to the bag's fabric, sealing the small gaps in the poly weaves. This film can be added to the inside or outside of the bag.
Coating/laminate can also act as a moisture barrier. For some uses a poly liner is a better choice to protect the contents. Neither coating nor a liner will make the bag 100% waterproof.
3.How can we guarantee quantity?- Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
- Always final inspection before shipment;
4.How many time will the sample be finished? How your factory production scale?
- Generally,1-2 days for sample making.
- The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, quality, existing orders.
5.Do you have stock products to sell?- No ,We work on OEM orders.That means size material quantity packaging solution, etc. Will depend on your requests.
6.How do you inspect the quality of our order?- We have first-rate production equipment, advanced production technology, scientific management system and complete detection.
